Congrats to everyone who competed a PATS 2014, we were able to walk away with 1st, 2nd, and 4th place. A lot were able get new PRs. I had a blast competing, and watching everyone else compete. Crossfit South Bend was definitely well represented. Lets get more teams next year!

Squat 7 RM
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
185/125 lbs Push Press – 3 reps
Chin Ups – 5 reps
GHD Back Extensions – 10 reps, seeing as we only have two of these we will see what we can workout, otherwise we will go with a substitution
