Complete 4 rounds:
50 lbs One Arm DB Thrusters – 7 reps Sprint 60 yards 50 lbs One Arm DB Thrusters – 7 reps
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
Complete in as few as possible rounds for time:
Squat – 1 rep Press – 1 rep Deadlift – 1 rep
This is one of my favorite Crossfit Football workouts, but with that being said we are going to have to be a little creative a flexible with this. As you can see this is going to require 3 Bars. So we will assess the situation tomorrow and draw up a game plan.
